No Packages available to select in Make Editable Copy
I am trying to set up the Track Utilities deck with my iOS streamdeck. When I click Make Editable Copy, the dropdown dialog does not show any options for packages to save into.

The code for Track Data Utilities is locked so you're not allowed to make an editable copy of the code. However you should be allowed to drag or select the commands to any stream deck or surface button.

I'm having the same issue with the iZotope RX deck that's shown in the YouTube how-to video. I also don't see my device in the Device dropdown list (which is currently grayed out). Perhaps Soundflow isn't talking to Streamdeck? Thanks for the help - this is my first foray into both Soundflow and Streamdeck.

When you set up the Streamdeck, which option did you choose - " Use your devices directly from soundflow" or "Setup your devices via the Stream Deck App"? You should be using SoundFlow.

If you haven't already, watch this video for a more detailed explanation of how to set everything up.
Let us know if you have any more problems.

I chose "Use your devices directly from SoundFlow". I think I followed the instructions pretty closely to the video, but I'm not able to see my device listed in SoundFlow. It seems like I should be seeing it here, but I'm not. I know that my device is talking to the Streamdeck app on the computer because when I hit the Welcome button on the default deck, it opens the browser on my computer.

Let's take a step back here. Did you install the Stream Deck software? You need to do this.
Also, is your streamdeck connected directly to your computer or are you using a hub? If you're using a hub try connecting directly to one of your computer's USB ports.- SSam Maul @Sam_Maul
Yes, the Streamdeck app is installed on my computer (Mac Mini). It's connected wirelessly to my iPhone, which I'm using (or hope to use) in place of an actual Streamdeck, and the mobile app is installed, running, and talking to my computer.

Ahh. That's the problem. I don't think SF directly supports the iPhone. You can try setting up using the stream deck app but it's not very stable. I've only gotten it to work very intermittently and only after many frustrating tries.

Got it. Bummer, guess I'll have to start pricing out the hardware. Thanks for your help!

Hi @Sam_Maul,
This is because you haven't created a package yet in your profile.
Click "+ New" and choose Package. Then you'll have a package you can create your copy in :)

(This is response to your original question on why there's nowhere for you to make your editable copy)
