Hi Michael,
Tagging @Andrew_Scheps here.
Note, if you use the new Need Help workflow while having one of the scripts inside Bounce Factory selected, Andrew will automatically get your bug report (instead of the SF team getting it).
See how it works here: bit.ly/sfscripthelp

Hi @Michael_Hartung , could you please run the Collect User Files script in the package and send me the zip file it puts on your desktop?
Also, a little more info on when it failed, were there any Pro Tools error messages etc would be great.
Thanks!

No protools errors. Bounce Factory gets hung on like this picture. Once it gave me a failed error message but actually bounced the file with a long number suffixed to the name of the file. The other time I got this error, it was the hang like the picture, and no bounced file was created.
HOW do I send you the user files zip file?
Andrew Scheps @Andrew_Scheps
Interesting. Just put them on Dropbox or something like that and post the link here. Thanks!

A few weird things in there. Would you have time to do a quick zoom so we can troubleshoot this? If so email me at info@bouncefactory.net and I'll send you a link.
